IS ROSIE’S OPEN TO THE PUBLIC?
Rosie’s is online only with a weekly market stall in the Mackay area.
Unfortunately at this time, Rosie’s is not open to the public.
However!!
Rosies is now available at the Mackay local Markets every Sunday. This is a great opportunity for Mackay locals to pick up or view their favourite items.
Market locations are Marian and Sarina. Just contact me beforehand if you wish to pick up.
OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
All goods remain the property of Rosie’s Vintage and Nik Naks until the order or item/s have been paid for and funds have been cleared.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY
Postage is available Australia-wide.
There is also international shipping available in Canada and the US.
For international shipping, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am also not responsible for delays or package handling due to customs or Australia Post.
All orders made online are shipped with Australia Post, Standard and International Standard. Tracking numbers are provided.
If you wish, you may upgrade shipping to Express Post for faster delivery, but please get in touch with us prior to checkout if you wish to do this as postage prices will need to be adjusted. Applicable within Australia only.
Items are shipped once payment has been received in full.
Processing time is 1 -2 days and please see item details for estimated arrival times.
Please ensure that the correct address details are given at the time of purchase. We will not be held responsible for items sent to an incorrect address.
PACKAGING
Packaging is of the utmost importance to Rosie.
All items are well-packed with plenty of wrapping and a strong box to minimise the risk of breakages.
Recycled packaging products are used as much as possible, to minimise the environmental impact and to also keep the cost of packing and handling down, for you the customer.
IF THE ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR BROKEN
Please contact us and provide the following photos; as a refund will not be issued until liability is determined.

. Packaging materials used to post the item and exterior postage label.
Rosie’s Vintage and/or the buyer may then need to file a claim with Australia Post.
Neither Rosie’s Vintage nor the buyer can determine liability for damage, only a claim specialist of the postage company (Australia Post) can do so.
RETURNS
In order to qualify for a return, the item you purchased must be returned to us in the same condition as it was when you received it or as it was viewed on our website. Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return, which are non-refundable. Additionally, the item must be returned in its original packaging. Kindly note that we do not accept returns due to a change of mind. Our decision to accept a return is made based on our inspection of the item after it has been received. Please note that in case of a refund, the refunded amount will be deducted by the postage cost. It is important to keep in mind that all postage costs are non-refundable and will not be included in the refunded amount.

Multiple purchases are welcomed.

Rosie’s online business is situated in Mackay Queensland. For those customers who wish to save on postage costs and who are local to the Mackay/Kuttabul area; there is the option to pick up your item.
Items may also be purchased beforehand.
