Vintage (before 2000) Delft Blue hand-painted porcelain/ceramic small figurative 'dinner table bells'. Made in Holland, these collectible Dutch bells feature a Delft pattern in blue and white. Both have ball clappers and strings. The black clapper of one figurine is possibly glass and produces a lovely porcelain-like ring, while the other has a white clapper that is likely plastic.
