Ceramic/earthenware fine china vintage Jam/Sugar Pot.

Made in Japan.
Circa: 1950s.
Status: Discontinued.
Original vintage Japanese kitschy lustreware, pattern, and design of a grape cluster on a grape leaf.
Beautifully hand-painted with vibrant colours of purples and greens and charming attention to detail.
Glossy finish both inside and outside of the pot.
The underside base has an original back stamp/maker's mark identification, that reads "JAPAN".
Measurements approximately:
L x 12cm leaf underplate length
W x 11.5cm leaf underplate width
H x 11.5cm total height with lid
Condition:
Both the lid and pot are in excellent condition.
There are no repairs, chips, cracks or crazing.
The lid sits firm on the pot and has a slot for a jam spoon.
Pot is firmly attached to the leaf underplate.
Sweet vintage ware designed to be on the breakfast "brekkie" tray
and table.
