Beautiful vintage Japanese porcelain teacup and saucer set duo. Both pieces feature a colorful matching pattern of scarlet and yellow poppies, along with a decorative wide iridescent and pearlescent band with gold edge trims on white porcelain. The teacup has a classic wide "mouth" shape, while the saucer has a rim shape. Both the teacup and saucer have a back stamp for formal identification, showing a gold wreath and crown, and the inscription "Fine China Made In Japan." This is a beautiful high tea ware and the perfect gift for any tea collector!

Saucer measurements:
14 cm across.

Minor insignificant gilt trim wear on the saucer; otherwise, both pieces are in excellent vintage condition.
No crazing, repairs, stains, chips, cracks or significant wear exist.
The inside of the teacup is clean and free from stains.
