Rare Vintage Ridgway Potteries England Cherub Art Deco Creamer and Sugar Set Portland.
This beautiful Art Deco ironstone/earthenware teaware set features a 'Grecian' style pattern adorned with cherubs, urns, and scrolls, showcasing vibrant tones of blue and grey against a white background. The set includes a large, open ‘cauldron ’-shaped sugar bowl and a ‘Dorset’ style creamer, both designed with an ornate handle and a flat base. This lovely teaware collection would be a wonderful addition to any dining table or drink tray, making it a fantastic gift and a stunning choice for table settings. Both pieces have a glossy finish and are marked with a trademark identification back stamp.

Creamer Measurements approximately:
H x 9.5 cm at the highest point
W x 12.5 cm handle to spout.
250 ml capacity.
Sugar Bowl Measurements approximately:
H x 3 cm
W x 10.7 cm top rim
W x 8cm base, at the widest point.
Condition:
General vintage wear includes the following:
- Clean crazing on both items and a small discolouration spot on the outside of the sugar bowl.
- A small discoloured area with a surface-level incomplete ‘fracture’ spot on the underside of the creamer's pedestal base and some slight discolouration on the inside base of the sugar bowl and its underside base.
These imperfections are minor and do not affect the integrity of either piece and are mentioned for accuracy.
Both pieces are in excellent vintage condition, with no chips, cracks, repairs, or deep scratches.
