Featured, are 5 small Burleigh Ware bowls by Burgess & Leigh, manufacturers of high-quality porcelain and earthenware since 1862.
Decorated in the beautiful Art Deco MAYTIME pattern, of pretty yellow flowers, light greys and black trim.
Glossy cream finish.
Impressed and printed Burgess & Leigh trademark/backstamp of beehive and leaves, on the underside base of each bowl.
5 x bowls in total.
Measurements:
13.5 cm in diameter across.
3 cm depth.
Condition:
General vintage wear and some discolouration/spots evident on underside bases.
1 bowl has clean crazing and some vintage wear to gildings.
Each bowl is in excellent vintage condition despite being over 80 years old.
There are no chips, repairs, cracks, staining to the fronts or wear to the pattern.
