Available is a lidded, double-handle sugar bowl server with a composition of silver plate on copper E.P.C.
Possibly dating back to the 1920s, the sugar bowl server is exceptionally detailed and features a highly decorative Victorian pattern and design that is Art Nouveau in style and appearance. The intricate scrolled pattern is hand chased, a technique achieved through skilled craftmanship in silversmithing. It has an ivory finial, and the overall aesthetic is truly beautiful.
A timeless, classic piece, that is perfect giftware for weddings, anniversaries, and birthdays and ideal for photography or as a stand-alone table centrepiece.
The sugar holder has an etched backstamp impression on the underside for identification and composition.

CONDITION DETAILS:
To be expected, general insignificant wear consisting of light surface buffs and some ‘pin’ dents on the bowl. Both handles are firmly attached as well as the finial on the lid. As the sugar bowl is vintage/antique, any wear is on account of its age and only adds to the character of the piece. It polishes up beautifully and is ready to use.
