Beautifully detailed with a rare coach pattern scene from the ‘Old English Coaching Scenes’ series by Grimwades.
Gloss finish with gold trim.
A perfect vintage table centrepiece that can be used as intended, or filled with fruit, flowers, or your favorite dessert. Lovely as a Christmas table piece.

Manufacturer: Grimwades Ltd -UHP (Upper Hanley Pottery).
Location: Staffordshire England.
Series/Pattern: Old English Coaching Scenes.
Material: Earthenware, ceramic pottery.
Circa: 1906 -in accordance with the backstamp mark.
Status: Discontinued/Rare -Highly Collectible.
Measurements:
W x 20.5 cm
H x 4 cm.
Condition:
Some clean crazing.
Also a visual ‘mark’ on the side of the bowl rim; which at first glance appears to be a scratch. However, upon closer inspection, this seems to be part of the pattern. It feels smooth and does not go through to the other side. This is only mentioned for accuracy and is not damaged or scratched.
For the dish to be at least 100 years old, it is in remarkable condition. There are no chips, cracks, scratches or wear.
