Vintage porcelain/fine china Posy Vase.
Made by JAMES KENT LTD -manufacturers of porcelain and earthenware.
Location: Old Foley Pottery -Stoke-on-Trent/Longton, ENGLAND.
Circa: 1950s(+).
Pattern: 4040
Status: Discontinued.
Beautiful vintage small posy vase, with pink rose/buds and small blue flower pattern.
Gold brushed edge and trim on a glossy cream base.
James Kent/Foley maker’s identification backstamp and location on underside base.
Measurements approximately:
H x 6.5 cm
W x 3 cm top rim
W x 3.2 cm base.
W x 5.5 cm at the widest point.
Condition:
Some clean crazing on the outside of the vase and 2 ‘pin’ size spots on the rose petal (age-related/manufacturing spots).
Otherwise in excellent vintage condition (please refer to photos).
There are no chips, cracks, repairs or internal crazing or stains.
Timeless classic vintage ware, perfect as a gift or for your dresser table.
